The Barn

A creative blend of rustic and contemporary techniques have created a cosy welcoming venue for the courses at castlecreavie which is probably the original house dating back to at least 1600 CASTLECREAVIE farmstead is over looked by the remains of two iron age forts – from which the farm gets its name. We offer home made food, local and organic where possible, The venue is used by many groups and individuals and is available for hire as a venue with the option of home cooking

There is another smaller studio attached to the ‘barn’, as it is invariably known, which is also available for hire or may be used in conjunction with the barn either as a syndicate space, or on its own for smaller groups or individual workshops.

Personalised Events & Workshops

We are able to offer a range of experiences for different groups and individuals. The experiential and participatory approach that we have developed over the years offers the best opportunity to learn new skills and knowledge.

We can offer you a day, weekend, week or longer experience at Castle Creavie. For sessions longer than a day we can arrange accommodation in our own award winning self-catering cottages, local hotel or B&Bs close to the farm.

You are warmly invited to participate in the exiting rhythms of craft and skills based in the special, relaxing atmosphere of CastleCreavie studio and farm.
